How Mind Body Co-op Works
The Mind Body Co-op team works together to offer services to help you access your whole self for holistic healing and wellness. The Mind Body Co-op offers a variety of clinical services including individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, CPT (comprehensive transitional program), somatic therapy, and somatic groups. MBC’s community services are open to the public and include yoga, reiki, massage, somatic movement and mediation. The Mind Body Co-op team is available for consultation about what service or combination of services will align with your goals.
