DBT focuses on skills in Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Executive Functioning Skills are the foundations that build impulse control, working memory, attention span, time management, and organization. I utilize these modalities in sessions to support clients in building big, full, joyful lives.
As a DBT, Executive Functioning Skills, & Recovery coach, I want to support you in your exploration of how skills can decrease misery and increase the happiness in your life.
