Welcome! Are you hoping to discover a supportive, warm, and authentic space to explore the multitudes that you contain? Perhaps you are tired of feeling stuck in old thought patterns and beliefs. Maybe you have found yourself unable to fully engage in relationships, and responsibilities, or you are struggling to find meaningful direction in your life. In our work together, we can co-create a therapeutic space where you feel empowered to explore your own inner landscape.
I am so glad you are here.
I see myself as an empathetic passenger on your journey. My goal is to support you in noticing your own inner wisdom, and I hope to walk beside you as you navigate your own healing path. My work is client-centered and grounded in holistic care that is decolonized and unstigmatized. As a clinician in training, my therapeutic approach is rooted in cultural humility and integrative care; it is shaped by feminist, humanistic, and intersectionality theories. My role is to support you in reconnecting to your innate capacity for aliveness, interconnection, and mindfulness.
It is my sincerest hope to share these possibilities with you.
I graduated from Loyola Chicago‘s Masters in Community Counseling. My professional experience includes over 5 years of serving college-attending students in their academic and co-curricular journeys. I hold a master’s degree in Higher Education from Loyola Chicago, and I also bring over 4 years of rich professional experience in non-profit and community-based advocacy work. I look forward to accompanying you on your journey.
