Everyone seeks support for their own reason, and I am here to full-heartedly honor yours. In a society where information and connection is at our fingertips, the present moment can still feel miles away. Life is full of so much joy and so much hardship, and therapy can be a great space to explore your past and how that manifests in relationships with yourself and others in your life today. You’ve taken the first step in showing up for yourself by seeking help, and I am here to serve as a hopeful guide as you navigate your unique path to healing.

Empathy and collaboration is at the heart of my sessions.  As a daughter of immigrants, I love working with people who are curious about exploring their family dynamics and reconnecting with younger parts of themselves. I believe trauma can live in the body and there is so much power in learning how to reconnect with our physical senses when our thoughts feel overwhelming. As your therapist, I offer a person-centered and culturally competent lens rooted in unpacking narratives that are no longer serving you and commending the strengths you already have. I frequently work with clients looking to discuss topics of identity, trauma, interpersonal issues, life changes, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem.

I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National Louis University. I spend my life outside of school at Ann & Lurie’s Children’s Hospital providing direct care to children in an inpatient psychiatry setting. My time at the hospital has given me experience working with individuals with physical disabilities, anxiety disorders, familial trauma, personality disorders, autism, and the LGTBQ+ community. One of my favorite authors Eckhart Tolle once stated, “How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.” Your experience deserves to be heard. My aim in therapy is to help empower you to embrace your experience and make fruitful choices. It’d be a pleasure to meet you!

I have immediate availability for Telehealth  and In-Person appointments.
