Do you struggle to balance multiple life roles, have difficulty practicing self-compassion, or find that stress and anxiety leave you feeling depleted? Are looking for a way to safely explore difficult thoughts and emotions. Are you curious about your relationship to yourself and with others?

I offer a collaborative, caring, creative approach, and invite clients to put on their detective hats as they get to know themselves and explore their experiences; I am here to support you as you discover new ways of becoming ‘unstuck.’

As a drama therapist in training, I’m passionate about the healing power of play. I incorporate art, movement, metaphor, improvisation, and role-play into the process, to help foster self-expression and self-discovery. I’m also a certified yoga teacher and love to utilize movement, mindfulness, and breath work in sessions.

You are not alone! You deserve to be seen, to live a full and meaningful life. Therapy can help equip you with the tools to feel empowered and to take on life’s challenges. I believe everyone has their own unique story to tell and I invite you to reach out if you’re ready to take a step towards discovering your own potential and path to healing!

As a drama therapist, I incorporate art, movement, improvisation, and role-play into the process, to help foster self-expression and to give you the opportunity to explore difficult emotions in a safe environment. Drama has helped me in my own journey of self-discovery and I truly believe in the empowering nature of storytelling and play. Drama therapy is an active, experiential, and embodied practice.
