As a drama therapist in training, I’m passionate about the healing power of play. I incorporate art, movement, metaphor, improvisation, and role-play into the process, to help foster self-expression and self-discovery. I’m also a certified yoga teacher and love to utilize movement, mindfulness, and breath work in sessions.

I am an LCPC with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from North Park University, as well as a Certified Yoga Teacher. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and difficult life transitions. I am a drama therapist currently working towards credentialing. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and tailored to your needs; also drawing from Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.
