Navigating challenges and obstacles of life can often leave you feeling stuck or isolated. Do you fear being vulnerable? Is it hard to trust? Perhaps you stumbled here because you acknowledge parts of you that may benefit from some nurturing. Perhaps there are patterns that keep showing up that don’t sit well with you anymore. I hear you, and I see you. Whether you are struggling with depressed feelings, unresolved trauma, relationship issues, life transitions, etc., you are able to access a world within yourself that you possibly never knew existed. It is all about trusting the journey.

    Healing is entirely possible.

My role as a therapist is as a guide to unlocking potential and exercising strengths that already exist within you. My goal is to provide tools to access the inner self. I focus on establishing a therapeutic alliance by creating a safe space for growth and healing. Being able to witness your ability to become self-aware and to recognize your resiliency is something that makes this work meaningful to me.

I am an LCPC and received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. I come from a very diverse background in mental health services. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach focusing particularly on acceptance, gratitude, and mindfulness in an effort to regain meaning and purpose. I believe strongly in creating an environment that is conducive to the growth of each unique individual and experience.
