Traci Zuniga, MA, LCPC
Psychotherapist
Together we can awaken parts of you that you may not know exist. I utilize an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, which I tailor to your unique needs. There is not a rule book to life, so together, we will build upon the strengths, and potential that already exist within you.
The space I create is safe and focused on healing through a therapeutic relationship. My clinical personality is supportive, yet direct. I consider myself extremely attentive and look to find opportunities for even the most unique connections. My practice is based on a trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered approach. I specialize in trauma, relationships, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, parenting, substance use, and self-esteem. By finding yourself here, you have already started your healing journey. Just know you do not have to navigate that alone.
Let’s connect today! – I have immediate availability for Individual Telehealth Appointments and I facilitate the Caregiver Support Group. Make an appointment here or see the other groups MBC currently offers here.
I am an LCPC and received a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. I come from a very diverse background in mental health services. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I utilize a holistic and eclectic approach focusing particularly on acceptance, gratitude, and mindfulness in an effort to regain meaning and purpose. I believe strongly in creating an environment that is conducive to the growth of each unique individual and experience.
