A safe space to discover yourself
Many of us find that we continue to take up familiar and often painful roles in groups; including family of origin, work groups, and social groups. Group psychotherapy helps provide a safe space to explore relationships, identify patterns, find support and commonality, and learn new ways of thinking about yourself and interacting with others. Group psychotherapy affords the opportunity develop new ways of coping that lead to more adaptive functioning
We offer multiple ongoing groups weekly:

Latin/Latinx Trauma Recovery Process Group 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Women Recovery/Trauma Group 10:00am – 11:15am
Somatic Mindful Movement Group for Emotional Wellness 5:30pm – 7:00pm
Mixed Gender Interpersonal Process Group 12:00pm – 1:15pm
Mixed Gender Process Group for Trauma & Recovery 5:15pm – 6:30pm
Somatic Group for Trauma Recovery (The Chakra System Explored) 6:45pm – 8:00pm
DBT Skills Group 5:15pm – 6:45pm
Kundalini Yoga Therapy Group 7:00pm – 8:30pm
The Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) 6:00pm – 7:15pm
