DBT Graduate Processing Group

Would you like to practice your life skills?

The DBT Graduate Processing Group is designed for individuals who have completed a DBT skills program and want continued support to reinforce skills and apply them in real-life situations. The DBT Skills Graduate Group is designed for adults who have already learned the core DBT modules (mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness) and want to continue deepening their practice in a supportive community.

This ongoing group helps you strengthen your skills, build accountability, and apply DBT tools to real-life challenges so they become second nature.

This DBT graduate processing group is offered virtually and serves adults across Illinois, including the Chicago area, Cook County, and surrounding communities. Participants can join from home while receiving clinically grounded, trauma-informed care.
