If you’ve ever found yourself wondering, “Why does everything feel so much harder than it seems to be for everyone else?”—you’re probably in the right place.
I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and OCD, especially professionals and parents who are trying to hold everything together while quietly feeling overwhelmed. Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, forgetting things, feeling mentally exhausted, or wondering why your brain won’t slow down. You might be checking every box on paper while feeling like you’re barely keeping up behind the scenes.
My goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to help you understand how your brain works, find the right treatment, and make everyday life feel a little less overwhelming.
Appointments with me are conversations, not lectures. We’ll talk about what’s actually getting in the way of your day-to-day life, whether that’s anxiety, executive dysfunction, burnout, or simply trying to balance everything on your plate. I combine medication management with education and realistic strategies, so you leave each visit understanding not just what we’re doing, but why.
As a mom myself, I know firsthand how much pregnancy and parenthood can change you in ways no one really prepares you for. I hold Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International Navigating postpartum anxiety while feeling like your brain suddenly worked differently gave me a deeper appreciation for just how isolating that season can be. Whether you’re adjusting to life with a new baby, trying to rediscover yourself after becoming a parent, or you’ve been struggling with anxiety or ADHD for years, my goal is to help you feel understood and create a plan that actually fits your life.
I believe the best care happens when you feel comfortable asking questions, involved in decisions, and genuinely heard.
