Family of Origin Trauma Recovery Group

The Family of Origin Trauma Recovery Group is a supportive space for adults exploring how early family dynamics shape emotions, relationships, and self-understanding, while working toward healing and growth. This Family of Origin Trauma Recovery Group is offered virtually and serves adults across Illinois, including the Chicago area, Cook County, and surrounding communities. Participants can join from home while engaging in relational group therapy.

This open process group offers a supportive, respectful space to explore long-standing patterns, understand their roots, and gently release unresolved pain. Through guided discussion and shared reflection, members develop new ways of relating to themselves and others while building greater grounding, authenticity, and emotional fulfillment.
