Would you like confirmation that you are not alone?

This virtual survivor support group serves adults across Illinois and group that offers a compassionate space for survivors of relationship violence to connect and heal.  In this Group, members will find support from others who have similar experiences.  This group provides a safe space for exploring complex emotions, such as rage, grief, and overwhelm, enabling you to navigate these emotions with care and compassion. Rebuild your sense of self and move forward with resilience and self-compassion, together.

*Our Group Financial Policy states, “I understand that all group therapy sessions at MBC require a commitment of weekly attendance. I understand that my insurance can not be billed if I do not attend the session. As a result, you will be charged a $30 fee for any groups that you do not attend, with or without notice.”
