Healing from trauma is not something you have to do alone. Reclaiming Your Story is a virtual trauma healing group therapy experience for adults seeking recovery, connection, and renewed meaning after trauma.This trauma-informed group therapy offers a supportive, compassionate space to reconnect with your inner strength, process experiences at your own pace, and begin rewriting the story trauma tried to tell for you.This group is open to adults across Illinois and is conducted fully online for accessibility and comfort. This open process group provides a supportive space to explore your experiences, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with yourself as you move toward healing at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
