A group for adults who have experienced one or more traumatic events and continue to feel the impact.
Restoring Self is a trauma healing and support group for adults seeking a safe, compassionate space to process trauma, rebuild inner stability, and reconnect with their sense of self in community.Trauma is subjective, and each person’s healing process is unique. This open process group provides a supportive communal space for connection, processing, and reflection. Members can explore coping patterns, reduce isolation, and build greater safety, self-understanding, and resilience. This trauma healing and support group is offered virtually and serves adults across Illinois, including the Chicago area and surrounding communities.
