You’ve completed a DBT skills training group—now what? The DBT Skills Graduate Group is designed for adults who have already learned the core DBT modules (mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness) and want to continue deepening their practice in a supportive community.

This ongoing group helps you strengthen your skills, build accountability, and apply DBT tools to real-life challenges so they become second nature.
