Pronouns – She/Her/Hers
As a psychiatric nurse practitioner in Chicago, I provide trauma-informed, inclusive mental health care and mental health medication management that support people navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, perinatal changes, eating concerns, substance abuse, and identity exploration. My clients may come to therapy feeling stuck, unsure, or overwhelmed—but they’re open to honest reflection and a collaborative path forward. Whether you’re just beginning your mental health journey or returning after time away, I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where healing can begin.

Together, we’ll explore how your unique experiences—including systemic oppression, generational expectations, or spiritual trauma—have shaped your emotional world. Additionally, I provide psychiatric/ mental health medication management grounded in evidence-based care. Overall, my approach centers on collaboration, respect, and whole-person healing.
In my work, I especially enjoy working with teens, emerging adults, and adults facing complex challenges related to cultural identity, family systems, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I support are navigating not only internal distress but also the stressors of living at the intersections of race, ethnicity, gender, and faith. As a multiracial, multiethnic, first-generation American woman, I bring cultural awareness, lived empathy, and humility into each session.
In addition, I have a special interest in perinatal and reproductive mental health and welcome clients who are exploring family-building, postpartum identity, or hormonal transitions. I support individuals with eating concerns using a weight-inclusive lens rooted in body respect and Health at Every Size® principles. When relevant, I also welcome conversations about spirituality and faith with sensitivity and care, particularly for those processing harm within religious communities.
My training includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University Chicago and my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Psychiatric Mental Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Additionally, I am a current fellow in Rush University’s Opioid Use Disorder Treatment Fellowship ECHO Program (expected February 2026).
Currently, I provide virtual appointments through Mind Body Co-op, supporting individuals across the lifespan with thoughtful, trauma-responsive care that prioritizes connection, empowerment, and cultural responsiveness.
