As a medication management provider in Lakeview, I offer personalized psychiatric care focused on anxiety, depression, trauma-informed treatment, and substance use disorders. As a dual board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I take an integrative approach that addresses both mental health and primary care needs. My goal is to help clients find relief, regain balance, and feel empowered in their healing journey.

Despite how digitally connected we’ve become, many people still feel alone, stressed, or emotionally exhausted—especially in a fast-paced city like Chicago. For many people, this can feel isolating and overwhelming. Because of this, I prioritize creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and respected. Having personally navigated similar challenges, I bring both clinical expertise and empathy to the work we’ll
do together.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, my goal is to support your journey with a thoughtful combination of medication and behavioral strategies designed to optimize mental health and overall well-being.
My experience spans crisis intervention, shelter-based medicine, and street outreach. As a result, this work has shaped my deep commitment to accessible and trauma-informed psychiatric care. I earned my BA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, my BSN from Michigan State University, and my MSN from. DePaul University. My post-master’s training focuses exclusively on psychiatry and the treatment of substance use disorders.
I provide medication management in person at our Lakeview Chicago location and virtually throughout Illinois.
