As a nutritionist specializing in eating disorder recovery and HAES-Aligned Care, I help clients build a peaceful relationship with food, support emotional well-being, and reconnect with their bodies through a Health at Every Size (HAES)-aligned, trauma-informed approach. I offer inclusive nutrition care that prioritizes mental health and body respect.
I’d love to work with you on your journey to heal your relationship with food, no matter your diagnosis or lack thereof.
I work with clients struggling with all types of food issues. This includes binge eating, restriction, avoidance, fear of weight gain, night eating, and chronic dieting. Additionally, I have extensive experience treating a wide variety of presentations and diagnoses, including co-occurring eating disorders. My practice blends scientific knowledge with compassion and curiosity through a social justice and Health at Every Size lens.
My goal is to help you let go of shame. I also aim to help you reclaim nourishment as a source of stability, clarity, and connection. Furthermore, I do not promote weight loss as a goal. I also offer a weight-neutral space that honors the complexity of each person’s lived experience with food and body.
I also collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, and recovery teams to offer comprehensive eating disorder nutrition care. This includes meal support, gentle nutrition planning, and relapse prevention strategies. In addition, this collaborative approach helps ensure continuity of care.
Whether you’re early in recovery or years into your healing journey, I’m here to walk alongside you with respect, flexibility, and evidence-based guidance.
For clients and families seeking more guidance, our team has also created a blog on how to support a loved one with an eating disorder, which you can read here:
