Everyone seeks support for different reasons, and I’m here to wholeheartedly honor yours. In a world full of constant connection, the present moment can still feel out of reach. As a Polish-Speaking Trauma informed DBT Therapist and a daughter of Polish immigrants, I’m especially passionate about working with people exploring family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, cultural identity, and the journey of reconnecting with younger parts of themselves. I believe healing happens through empathy, humor, and collaboration.
Whether you’re navigating long-standing patterns or facing something new, therapy can offer a grounded space to reflect, feel, and grow.
Who I Work With
I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing:

-
Queerness and LGBTQIA+ identities
-
Life transitions and emerging adulthood
-
Neurodivergence, including ADHD and sensory sensitivities
As a bilingual clinician, I offer therapy in both English and Polish: Terapia dostępna po polsku. I understand the nuances of navigating between cultures and the unspoken emotional weight that can carry.I am DBT-Certified, and I co-facilitate the Thursday Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Class at Mind Body Co-op. I integrate DBT tools with insight-based practices to help clients build emotion regulation skills, develop self-compassion, and explore how the past may be shaping the present.
I work with clients navigating identity exploration, trauma, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, queerness, life transitions, anxiety, and self-esteem. Whether you’re facing long-standing patterns or new changes, therapy can offer space for clarity and growth. Through gentle challenge, curiosity, and affirmation, we’ll work together to understand what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what helps you move forward with more clarity and confidence.
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. One of my favorite quotes by Eckhart Tolle is: “How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.” Your experience matters—and I’d be honored to support you in making meaning of it.
I co-facilitate the Thursday DBT Skills group.
