Mental health is never one-size-fits-all. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner specializing in perinatal and postnatal medication management in Illinois, I am deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges of anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and other complex mental health conditions. I hold a Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) from Postpartum Support International, enabling me to provide informed, sensitive care for people during pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.

My clinical style is rooted in a holistic, evidence-based approach, combining psychiatric expertise with compassion and respect for your lived experience. Whether you’re exploring medication for the first time or refining your long-term care plan, I’ll meet you where you are: with openness, clarity, and trust.

I help clients understand their diagnosis, evaluate treatment options, and feel confident in their decisions. Through medication management, lifestyle support, and therapeutic collaboration, I aim to empower you on your path to healing.

Navigating mental health during pregnancy or postpartum can feel overwhelming. You don’t have to go through it alone.
