“You’re not afraid of depth—you’re afraid of staying stuck.”

If you’ve landed here, you’ve likely tried self-help books, previous therapists, or mindfulness apps—and you’re still stuck in the same emotional loops. You’re not avoiding the work. You’re looking for something deeper, more honest, and transformative.

Maybe therapy in the past felt too clinical, too surface-level, or just missed the truth of your lived experience. I offer therapy that gets to the root—working with trauma, emotional pain, and intergenerational wounds that keep you disconnected from your true self.

As a first-generation Greek American, I bring a relational, culturally attuned lens to healing. I understand the complexity of being between worlds—how identity, culture, and unspoken family dynamics shape the way we carry pain, protect ourselves, and long for connection.

I specialize in depth-oriented, trauma-informed therapy that blends:

  • Somatic healing to reconnect with the wisdom of the body

  • Jungian depth psychology for inner work and symbolic understanding

  • Cultural sensitivity and intergenerational trauma awareness

  • Relational presence, because healing happens in connection

This work isn’t about symptom management or “fixing” you. It’s about identifying what’s underneath—facing the patterns, pain, and protective adaptations that have kept you surviving but disconnected. We’ll unlearn what no longer serves you and reclaim the parts of you that were lost, silenced, or buried.

I bring not only clinical training, but decades of lived experience, somatic awareness, and a grounded, compassionate eye for what lives beneath the surface.

If you’re ready to stop looping and start living—more self-connected, grounded, and free—I’m here to walk with you.
