Are you an adult with ADHD or Autism looking for a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who understands that the world wasn’t built for you? Many neurodivergent adults deal with sensory overload, big transitions, or the daily drain that comes from masking. Because of this, therapy can become a place to slow down and regroup. As a neurodiversity-affirming therapist, I support you in building coping skills, growing self-kindness, and easing pressure to meet typical expectations.
I use an affirming, flexible, and strengths-based approach to help you reclaim energy, reduce anxiety, and build a life that feels true to you. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, with a focus on letting go of shame and getting back to your natural rhythm. Additionally, we’ll focus on practical tools you can use right away. Over time, these skills can support steadier emotions and clearer choices. As a result, therapy becomes a space where you can feel more grounded and confident.
