Trauma-informed grief therapist offering telehealth counseling in Illinois

Individual & Group Psychotherapist
Pronouns: She/Her/Hers

I am a trauma-informed grief therapist offering compassionate, relational care for individuals navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions. Rather than following a rigid framework, I use an eclectic approach to psychotherapy that is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs. Because there is no rulebook for life, our work focuses on building on the strengths, insights, and potential already within you. Additionally, I offer telehealth therapy across Illinois.

As a trauma-informed grief therapist, I provide grief and loss therapy and bereavement counseling for adults seeking support after loss.

This practice includes grief counseling, therapy for grief and loss, and support for complex grief and life transitions.

The space I create is safe and grounded in healing through a strong therapeutic relationship. While my clinical style is supportive, it is also direct. At the same time, I remain highly attentive and look for opportunities to form meaningful connections, even in nuanced or complex experiences.

My practice is rooted in trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered care. In particular, I specialize in trauma, grief, and loss therapy, relationships, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, parenting, substance use, and self-esteem. As a result, clients often feel supported in exploring both immediate concerns and deeper emotional patterns. By finding yourself here, you have already begun your healing journey; however, you do not have to navigate it alone.

Let’s connect today. Currently, I have immediate availability for individual telehealth appointments. In addition, I co-facilitate the Grief Support Group with Jialu Li, BA, MA Candidate, which meets on Tuesdays from 6–7 PM.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from
Concordia University Chicago. Over the years, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As a result, my approach remains holistic and eclectic, with particular attention to acceptance, gratitude, and mindfulness. Ultimately, I am deeply committed to creating an environment that supports growth, authenticity, and healing for each individual.
