Are you ready to deepen your self-awareness, heal from past wounds, strengthen your relationships, and prioritize your emotional well-being?
Life has a way of testing us in unexpected ways. While we’re not meant to navigate it alone, finding meaningful connection—with ourselves and others—can sometimes feel overwhelming. That’s where therapy can help.
As a therapist, I walk alongside individuals facing life’s challenges, offering support, clarity, and guidance toward a path of healing and growth. I believe that connection, community, positive relationships, and self-compassion are at the heart of meaningful change.
I work with clients navigating a range of experiences, including anxiety, depression, religious trauma, PTSD, attachment concerns, interpersonal difficulties, and women-specific issues. Many of my clients are seeking to build confidence, improve emotional resilience, and feel more grounded in their identity and relationships.
My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and affirming. I often incorporate humor, positive self-talk, and a personalized strategy to help you create practical, lasting changes in your life. Together, we’ll identify your goals and take intentional steps toward them in a safe, supportive space.
There’s real power in being seen, supported, and reminded that hope is possible. You don’t have to do this alone—let’s take the next step together.
I graduated from Aurora University with a Masters in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13+ years experience in crisis intervention, community mental health, clinical counseling, and working with a variety of populations.
