As the movie Soul reminds us, “Your spark isn’t your purpose. That last box fills in when you’re ready to come live.” Therapy can be that space—a chance to pause, reflect, and rediscover meaning in your life, whether you’re exploring identity, managing difficult emotions, working through grief or trauma, or navigating life’s transitions.

“Everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard, and supported as their full, authentic self.”

I work with young adults and adults who often describe themselves as self-aware, thoughtful, or reflective—but still feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift. My goal is to support you in making space for all parts of yourself—the ones you’re proud of, the ones that carry pain, and the ones you’re still trying to understand.

As a bilingual therapist and former international student, I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my work with immigrants, international students, and those navigating bicultural or multicultural identities. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients and anyone holding multiple, intersecting identities. I approach therapy with cultural humility and curiosity—honoring the values, traditions, and family systems that shape your emotional world.

I also recognize how intergenerational expectations, faith traditions, and mental health stigma can complicate our healing journey. In therapy, we create a compassionate and grounded space where your experience is honored and your strengths are seen. Together, we’ll explore new ways of relating to yourself and others—with more clarity, confidence, and connection.

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and person-centered. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches, while also incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and strength-based tools.

Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all—it’s a collaborative, respectful relationship where healing and growth can take root.

I hold a B.A. in Psychology and Music from the University of Rochester and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Family Institute at Northwestern University.
