As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner student, I provide supervised young adult medication management and bring nearly a decade of experience as an Emergency Department nurse caring for individuals during some of life’s most challenging moments. Throughout my career, I have witnessed the significant impact mental health has on overall well-being, which inspired me to pursue advanced training in psychiatry. My goal is to support individuals not only during times of crisis, but throughout their journey toward healing and recovery.
I believe mental health is just as important as physical health, and that meaningful
care requires a holistic approach that considers the whole person.
I am particularly passionate about working with young adults and creating a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard and understood. In addition to evidence-based treatment, I value the role of physical activity and healthy lifestyle habits in promoting emotional wellness.
Originally from Illinois and now based in San Diego, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Illinois Wesleyan University and am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner concentration through Purdue Global. I am dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that helps individuals strengthen their emotional wellness and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
