As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Intern, I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. I believe that seeking support is a sign of strength, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their mental health journey.
My clinical background is in pediatric nursing, where I developed a passion for supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through life’s challenges. As a Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) and Certified Breastfeeding Counselor (CBC), I bring a holistic understanding of child, adolescent, and family health to my practice. I have a particular interest in helping adolescents and individuals in their teens and twenties navigate transitions related to school, career development, relationships, identity, and the unique stressors that can accompany early adulthood. I especially enjoy working with individuals exploring symptoms of ADHD, mood disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and disordered eating. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that aligns with your goals and supports your overall well-being.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Illinois Wesleyan University and later completed a dual Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue Global University. I am currently completing my Post-Graduate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, person-centered care that helps individuals build resilience, improve mental wellness, and create meaningful change in their lives. I look forward to partnering with you through convenient virtual appointments that provide accessible, high-quality psychiatric care wherever you are.
