Psychotherapist
If past therapy experiences left you doubtful due to unprofessionalism, lack of genuineness, or judgmental attitudes from therapists limited by their own issues, know you’re in capable hands here.
As a trauma-informed licensed professional counselor, I provide compassionate and informed support. I apply my extensive clinical experience to address severe trauma and a spectrum of psychiatric diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
I adapt my approach to your needs, utilizing techniques like Psychodynamic for exploring the past, somatic therapy for integrating the body, Internal Family Systems for addressing internal aspects, and additional methods as needed. For those seeking profound psychological exploration, I employ the Jungian Depth Psychology model.
I completed a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, certification in Jungian Studies, and advanced yoga training. I draw on over 20 years of personal growth and mentorship to integrate diverse perspectives. Inspired by my own transformative journey, I am dedicated to guiding others with empathy and curiosity as they embark on their own transformative paths.
I facilitate the Children of Immigrants Group on Fridays from 1:00-2:15pm.
I have immediate availability for Telehealth appointments.
