    Rob Schuh

As a neurodiverse therapist formally diagnosed with ADHD and Autism, I offer a unique perspective and understanding to my clients. I know firsthand the challenges that come with navigating a neurotypical world, and this allows me to build rapport quickly, overcoming the common communication barriers that often prevent individuals from feeling truly seen and heard in therapy.

I specialize in helping adults on the autism spectrum and those with ADHD manage sensory issues, transitional stress, and the burnout cycle. I understand the internal pressures that come with masking and the toll it takes on mental health, contributing to anxiety and other co-occurring conditions. Therapy with someone who “gets it” can make all the difference.

I’m a fully licensed therapist in Wisconsin, with experience working with neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ populations. My educational background includes a degree in Social Work from UW-Whitewater and a Master’s in Community Counseling from Lakeland University. I’m also completing my clinical Psy.D at National Louis University and working toward licensure reciprocity in Illinois.
